Aboria Capital makes three senior hires




Aboria Capital, has made a trio of key hires following its launch in July 2024.

Rob Tyson joins as CFO, while Will Lucas as been appointed as investment manager and Nick Cochrane has been recruited as senior associate.

Joining from MARK Capital Management, Rob has over 20 years’ experience in the real estate sector — beforehand, he began his career at Deloitte, where he qualified as a chartered accountant, before joining JER Partners in 2002, where he spent six years.

Will also joins from MARK and has over 13 years’ experience in finance and real estate — he is a qualified chartered accountant and began his career at PwC spending five years in its real estate assurance and transactions services departments.


Nick Cochrane joins from DWS, where he worked alongside Aboria co-founder and CEO, Jessica Hardman, and was a member of the UK and Ireland real estate team and gained experience across both asset management and transactions.

Commenting on the new joiners, Jessica Hardman, said : “We are thrilled to welcome Rob, Will and Nick to the team.

“All bring experience, bags of enthusiasm and complementary skills to Aboria. As a small team, it’s helpful that Nick and I, and Rob and Will have worked together previously, and I am looking forward to welcoming them when they join us in the next month.

“These important first hires will allow us to move at pace from our initial phase to execution phase – raising our first club investment vehicle.”
