Streambank completes fastest Scotland deal with £225,000 bridging loan

StreamBank has completed its fastest deal to date in Scotland with a £225,000 regulated bridging loan in 15 working days.

The loan was secured against the borrower’s current listed for sale residence in Pathhead, which was used to raise capital toward the purchase of a new home.

The team worked in close collaboration with McVey & Murricane Solicitors to navigate Scotland’s legal conveyancing processes.

Jamie Smith, BDM at StreamBank (pictured above), commented: “By working closely with McVey & Murricane Solicitors, we demonstrated how effectively we can navigate Scotland’s unique legal landscape, ensuring a flawless experience for the client.

“We are proud to expand our presence in Scotland and hope this case inspires brokers and clients north of the border to consider StreamBank for their lending needs.”

Allan Radlow, senior partner at McVey & Murricane, added: “Completing the legal process for a £225,000 bridging loan in 15 working days reflects the strong partnership and shared commitment to client satisfaction.

“We are proud to have supported StreamBank in expanding its footprint in Scotland and look forward to working together on future innovative solutions.”
