Andrea is currently head of everyday banking, business banking and CEO of Cater Allen at Santander UK.
She will join Coventry Building Society Group in June 2025, leading The Co-operative Bank’s executive team and joining the society’s group executive, with responsibility for the group’s trading performance and integration plans.
