Property Poker Network returns for its second event

Following the success of its inaugural event last November, the Property Poker Network (PPN) has announced its second event on 1st May 2025 in Holborn, London.

The PPN’s aim is to combine the competitive spirit of poker with the power of property networking, all while raising money for charity.

The first event raised a staggering £24,000 for The Nicky — a charity that supports individuals, families, and the community by improving the quality of life of older, disabled, and vulnerable people — while fostering business connections between over 200 lenders, brokers, investors, and developers.

This year, the five-hour tournament time format remains, but the blackjack and roulette area will be enhanced, allowing participants to buy in, play, and compete for prizes throughout the evening.

Max Herman, co-founder of the PPN, commented: “The PPN has proven that networking doesn’t have to be dull — it can be competitive, strategic, and genuinely enjoyable.

“After our first event, the response from the industry has been incredible.

Everyone — from lenders to developers — wants in.

“We’re scaling up, refining the format, and making the PPN the ultimate property networking event.”

With limited spaces available, early registration is advised to secure a seat at the table.
