In his new role, Vincent will work as part of Norton’s intermediary team, supporting brokers across first-charge mortgages, as well as first- and second-charge bridging finance.

He will act as a direct point of contact for case enquiries, helping brokers understand criteria, progress applications, and secure solutions for more complex client needs.

Vincent has over a decade of experience in the property and finance sectors, covering sales, property investment, and development.

Most recently, Vincent was sales director at Apex International Property Solutions, and has held roles such as head of sales and marketing at a property investment company and more than 10 years at Keystone Property Group as a senior property consultant.
