Marc, who has worked with the lender for over 30 years, will step down from the board from 30th June 2025.
As part of a planned succession, Ryan Etchells, CCO, will take on additional responsibilities for sales and distribution from 1st July 2025 and work with Marc over the next 18 months to ensure a smooth transition.

Together has also made a number of senior appointments.
Cheryl Brough joins Together as chief people officer with effect from 1st August 2025, bringing extensive experience in leading people functions in financial services and insurtech.
Cheryl joins from Italian tech-led insurance company, Prima Assicurazioni, where she is currently chief people and culture officer.

Dave Sutherland joins as COO with effect from the beginning of July.
Previously group director of business efficiency and interim CEO (UK) at Bank of Ireland, he brings over 20 years’ experience in operations, technology and process transformation in finance and retail.
Candice Lott will join as chief marketing officer at the end of June.
She was previously owner and founder of a digital marketing consultancy, holding senior marketing roles prior to this at Thomas Cook and Compare the Market.
