New bridging lender

Beaufort Capital launches bridging lender

Beaufort Capital has today launched its dedicated bridging lender, Beaufort Bridging.

The development finance lender will now expand its product offering to include dedicated bridging finance from £1m to £75m-plus, supporting borrowers across England, Scotland and Wales.

The lender will provide loans against a range of asset classes including residential, semi-commercial, commercial and undeveloped land.

The firm aims to deploy over £500m in the first three years of operation and establish itself in the unregulated and large bridging loan market.

While today marks the official launch, the product has been written ready to selected brokers and established borrowers in a bid to ensure internal processes are running efficiently.

Commenting on the launch, Paul Norman, co-founder of Beaufort Capital Investment Management Ltd, said: “We are delighted to unveil our new bridging product which will build on the strengths of the Beaufort business and enhance our product offering.

“Beaufort Capital is very well capitalised and will provide certainty of funding to a market where certainty of delivery is of paramount importance and quick turnaround is often critical to meet the requirements of the borrower.”

Richard Titcombe, associate director at Beaufort Bridging, added: “With a great deal of turbulence in the global markets at the moment, we hope that we can offer our clients the benefit of assuredness, fast decision making and experience.”
