Knowledge Bank launches AI criteria search tool to streamline brokers' process

Knowledge Bank has launched KB Assist, an AI tool for criteria search.

By typing in their case query, brokers receive instant suggestions for the most relevant criteria areas to explore.

Knowledge Bank said this new feature aims to save brokers’ time and reduce uncertainty on both standard and complex cases.

The criteria search system can also be used to boost the confidence of new and inexperienced brokers.

Nicola Firth, CEO at Knowledge Bank (pictured above), commented: “This launch marks the beginning of a new era in criteria search.

“For the first time, brokers can harness AI directly within Knowledge Bank to streamline their process, improve accuracy and deliver an even better service to their clients.

“A whole series of AI-based releases is in development, designed to elevate the experience for both brokers and lenders.”

KB Assist is available immediately to all Knowledge Bank subscribers at no additional cost, giving brokers access to AI support as part of their existing subscription.
