Clifton Private Finance opens new London office

Clifton Private Finance has opened a new London office near Bond Street Station to strengthen the broker’s presence in the capital.

The new office, a 19th century converted baroque building, aims to support the broker’s growing number of London-based clients.

The opening follows the broker seeing sustained growth in demand for specialist finance.

Clifton Private Finance has seen growth in demand for business finance over the past 12 months, seeing a 400% rise in staff dedicated to providing broking services for working capital and asset finance solutions.

A new team focused on bridging finance and commercial mortgages in London and the South East will be established and led by senior finance broker Max Mallinson.

Speaking at the office opening, Max commented: “Establishing a London presence is the most logical expansion move for Clifton Private Finance and I’m delighted to be their man on the ground.

“Not only will it enable us to enhance our existing lender and introducer relationships, it also allows us to develop new ones while offering a more tailored business approach to many of our clients.”

James Caldwell, director at Clifton Private Finance, said: “Our new Wimpole Street office marks an important step forward for Clifton Private Finance.

“This move allows us to build on the momentum we’ve achieved with our London client base and positions us strongly for the next phase of our growth."

“As demand for agile and innovative financial solutions continues to grow, being physically closer to our clients in the capital will enhance our ability to deliver high-quality, personalised service,” added Oliver Roylance-Smith, director at Clifton Private Finance.
