Since its launch a year ago, the lender has secured a £20m facility from Shawbrook to fuel its national expansion and lifted its AVM threshold to 75% LTV.
Based in London, Mikie will focus on strengthening relationships with brokers across the capital and the South East.

He brings extensive experience in specialist finance, joining from Kuflink where he also held a BDM role.
