Russell brings with him over 20 years of banking experience, including roles within retail, commercial and real estate finance.
He was previously BDM at Lloyds Banking Group, before joining the real estate finance team at Cynergy Bank.

In his new role, Russell will concentrate on providing tailored transactions for development, investment and bridging deals. He will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and overseeing the drawdown and management of loans during their life cycle.
On his appointment, Russell said: “I am excited to be joining STB as it continues to expand the proposition within the real estate finance sector.
“I look forward to helping the expansion of STB by nurturing new relationships and strengthening existing connections.”
