The firm aims to support professional property investors, landlords and small- to large-scale developers, specialising in bridging finance, refurbishment & development, HMO finance, residential BTL and commercial/semi-commercial mortgages.
Founder Craig Smith (pictured above) began his career in specialist brokering at VIBE Finance before joining Shawbrook as a regional development manager.
Craig said this gives him first-hand insight into how lenders analyse risk, assess submissions and make credit decisions. He added that this perspective is now central to the new firm’s approach.
