Richard brings over a decade of experience across the real estate sector.
He joins CSBF from Zenzic Development Finance, where he worked with borrowers and brokers across a broad range of development finance transactions.
The appointment follows a period of sustained growth for CSBF, with the business delivering approximately 85% growth in annual completions since 2022 and achieving a record year in 2025.
As the company continues to diversify its lending activity, Richard’s role will focus on business development and expanding CSBF’s market presence.
