Century Capital Partners Limited enters administration as Paul Munford resigns as director




Century Capital Partners Limited has entered administration, with CEO Paul Munford resigning as a director.

A notice filed on The Gazette yesterday (5th February) revealed that administrators RSM UK Restructuring Advisory LLP had been appointed on 30th January 2026.

According to Companies House, Paul resigned as a director on 30th January 2026.

Meanwhile, Ian Axe was removed as a director on Companies House in October 2025.

Managing director Luke Navin departed the company towards the end of last year, according to LinkedIn and Companies House.


Since October 2025, several other members of staff have left the business, including Mia House, Calypso Cox and Ky Benjamin.

Head of portfolio management Chris Cox left the lender last month, according to LinkedIn.

Paul Munford was contacted by B&C for comment but did not respond by the time of publication.
