Stance Asset Finance appoints new BDM as Founders Club launch approaches

Stance Asset Finance, the new asset finance brand from United Trust Bank (UTB), has appointed Rebecca Walton (pictured above) as BDM for the North of England.

This latest appointment follows those of Cherrice Baffana and Alex Fowler as Stance continues to develop its dedicated sales team ahead of its launch to Founders Club members.

Rebecca has worked in financial services and asset finance for 10 years, the last five spent with Haydock Finance in operational and sales roles.

She will use her experience to support the launch and development of Stance Asset Finance, helping to grow business volumes and establish strong relationships with brokers in the North of England.

Stance will initially launch to Founders Club members in mid-February with the wider market launch following in Q2 of 2026.

Nathan Mollett, head of Stance Asset Finance, commented: “Rebecca’s experience and great relationships with brokers in the North of England will help us to get Stance off to a fantastic start in a region where UTB has already built an excellent reputation for competitive products and great service.

“With our launch to Founders Club members coming very soon, we are still looking for talented and enthusiastic salespeople and underwriters who will make Stance really stand out from the crowd.”

Rebecca added: “Excitement is really building in the Stance team as we’re within days of launching the new business to Stance Founders Club members.

“I’m looking forward to getting out there and introducing Stance Asset Finance to the many brokers I’ve built strong relationships with over the last few years and helping to develop the new proposition to meet the evolving needs of brokers, especially when looking for a funder with a more flexible approach to credit.”
