Vic stepped down from his role as CEO at the start of the year following the appointment of Adam Tyler.
The newly created non-executive chair position will see Vic retain a close link with the BDLA, providing strategic support and continuity as the association enters its next phase of growth.

Commenting on his appointment, Vic said: “The BDLA is in excellent hands and I am confident that Adam will take the association to new levels of influence and engagement across the sector.
