Saif initially joined the lender through the graduate recruitment scheme in December 2019 as part of the underwriting team.
In 2023 he joined the management team and has since assisted with the development of the underwriting team, taking on the role of head of underwriting in February 2024 following the completion of his Masters in Real Estate and Finance at Henley Business School.

As a director, his new responsibilities will include the day-to-day operation and management of the underwriting team, along with process enhancement and the organisation of wider training.
As part of the wider management team he will be focused on Aspen’s aim for 2026: to exceed £1bn in total lending since inception.
