The business saw completions rise 175% in 2024, followed by a further 190% in 2025.
Beyond lending volumes, the firm has also supported the delivery of 1,800 homes across England and Wales through a mix of new-build and repurposing projects.
Headcount has grown in line with demand, with the team now at 32 employees nationwide as the business continues to scale its operations.
