A specialist lender has announced that it is looking for additional new Business Development Managers, a qualified surveyor and additional internal loan managers in line with its new growth plans.

InterBay Commercial, the specialist commercial lender, has enjoyed a very busy seven months since re-launching into the market in October last year.

Since its re-launch the lender has dramatically increased staff numbers and is currently looking to recruit more people in line with its new growth plans that it has recently initiated.

Kevin Jones, Sales & Marketing Director at InterBay Commercial, said: “At this moment in time, we're looking to recruit further field business development managers, a qualified surveyor and additional internal loan management staff.

“We have brought this forward from our original business plan due to the high level of good quality business we have received and completed. Over the last few months new business enquiries have dramatically increased and we continue to push forward and implement further innovations, such as our recent product re-pricing.”

The roles allow for huge opportunities and potential with an organisation that is going from strength-to-strength, especially in line with its on-going expansion plans to double its introducer base over the coming months. The roles include:

BDMs: The lender is on the lookout for two Business Development Managers – one for the South and another for the North of England.

The job will entail cultivating previously developed relationships and seizing all and any opportunities to form new ones.

Qualified Surveyor: The successful candidate will be MRICS qualified and ideally have a minimum of two years’ experience.

Commercial Loan Manager: Previous experience preferred ideally with a commercial mortgage background.
