Bridgebank Capital has announced the second round of winners in its “Broker of the Month” and “Deal of the Month” awards for the month of July.

The “Broker of the Month” award which recognises one broker’s commitment to working with Bridgebank Capital has been presented to Eddie MacKenzie based upon the volume and high quality of deals that he has provided throughout the month. The level of detail on applications has enabled Bridgebank Capital to progress enquiries from Northern Property Finance through to completion without delay.
Regarding being awarded with the “Broker of the Month” award, Eddie commented: “Having successfully completed a number of lending propositions with Bridgebank Capital I am pleased to say that my dealings with the company have been excellent.
“The team of experienced underwriters have consistently provided accurate, reliable information to assist my clients funding requirements resulting in a high completion ratio. Very much ‘a can do’ approach to client ‘briefs’.”
John Marriott from Grey Arrow Limited has been presented with the “Deal of the Month” award for July in relation to a loan completion which John worked closely with the Bridgebank Capital team to progress through the application process.
John ensured Bridgebank Capital’s Underwriting team had an in depth understanding of the borrowers requirements by providing detailed information at application stage and by maintaining clear, in depth communication throughout the process.
Regarding receiving the “Deal of the Month” award, John commented: "I'm happy to introduce a new client to Bridgebank Capital and look forward to a successful relationship going forward.”
Eddie and John have both been awarded an acrylic tombstone award and Voucher Express shopping vouchers to the value of £500, which can be redeemed at over 250 national brand outlets.
Launching the set of awards in July 2013 the lender stated: “Bridgebank Capital values the vital role played by its broker introducers and believes that the commitment they demonstrate should be acknowledged by the company.
“The ‘Deal of the Month’ award will be presented each month in relation to one specific completed loan advance, that recognises broker excellence in dealing with the complexity of the case and where that broker contributed significantly in the smooth running of the process.
“The ‘Broker of the Month’ award will recognise the support and commitment demonstrated by a broker to Bridgebank Capital in respect of both deal volumes and quality. The award will be given to the broker that has provided a high level of deal flow together with complete supporting information in a timely manner and has ensured that clear, transparent communication was maintained between all parties throughout the bridging finance process.”
