Ultimate Capital will launch The Ultimate Partnership Scheme (UPS) tomorrow at the inaugural Show. The Scheme is something the lender labels, “the ultimate incentive scheme for brokers”.
The Company already pays some very rewarding fees to introducing firms, and UPS now means that individuals can also, “become the most recognised in the industry”.
Introducers will receive broker cards, which are of credit card quality, as part of the lender’s fulfilment when joining. Each is uniquely numbered with a signature strip on the back.
Mike Shearn, COO at Ultimate Capital, said: “We’re known for being refreshingly different, innovative, and creative. UPS is all of these things and another industry first. We’re doing a huge amount of business and we want to share that success with our partners. UPS is simple: no gadgets, no gimmicks: just money paid direct to an individual’s bank account in recognition for the business they give us. No one else comes close.”
The level of reward is based on a percentage of the gross income a loan generates for Ultimate Capital, and the more deals people introduce, the more they are rewarded as a percentage (the level ranges from 0.5 per cent of gross profit for the first deal to 3 per cent in any 12-month period).
Ultimate Capital appointed Mike as the lender’s new COO just over three weeks ago and along with the launch of the new Scheme the lender has also launched a new website alongside its new branding.
Talking about the timing of the announcement, Mike said: “The FP Show is an obvious place to launch our partnership scheme. The NACFB is a great industry body and consequently the show attracts many of our existing and potential partners.”
