Soho-based lender, Masthaven Bridging Finance, has hired a former member of Bridgebank Jim Baker as its new Business Development Manager in Scotland and the North of England.
Equipped with over 20 years of experience in the lending industry, Jim’s professional background also includes sales development work, where he started off at TMB (The Mortgage Business) in 1991 and then went on to a career in sales with well-known companies, Tiuta and Bridgebank Capital.
According to Richard Deacon, Sales Director at Masthaven, Scotland and the North of England are vital areas for the company.
He said: “We were very fortunate to have built up some great relationships and a lot of business in these important areas due, in large part, to the work of Jim’s predecessor, Chris Parr. We have taken our time to recruit a successor because of the importance we place on the role and the relationships that have been created. Most importantly, we are committed to the concept of face to face engagement with our introducers through experienced and knowledgeable business managers and I am delighted to have found someone of the calibre of Jim Baker to work in this important region for us.”
