Due to popular demand and the overwhelming success of last year’s seminar, Regentsmead is holding the broker event at NACFB HQ.
James Bloom, Chief Executive of Regentsmead, said: “After the overwhelming success of our broker oevent with the NACFB last year we are once again putting on a show for our highly valued introducer partners. We hope the range of speakers should be informative and insightful and we will be ending the seminar with attendees firing some testing questions at our expert panel. “The key is that everyone comes away with a better understanding of the development finance market and the nuances that surround it. We hope that all the brokers are better placed to profit from the excellent opportunities brought about by this market and further educate their clients on the range of products currently available away from traditional funding.”
Similarly to last year’s seminar the focus will be on helping introducers and finance brokers making the most of a growing market in the development finance sector and the lucrative opportunities that come with it.
There will be an opening word from Norman Chambers, of the NACFB, and speakers include Russell Martin, CE of Finance 4 Business, and Richard Ross and James Bloom, Chairman and CE of Regentsmead respectively. Anthony McCourt, a current borrower and Principal of Court Collaboration, will also be presenting about his experience with the lender. Court Collaboration has completed a number of projects, including the Cube in Birmingham, and is currently working on the Astbury. The event will have the same relaxed and informal feel as the successful seminar Regentsmead put on last year ending with a networking session for brokers to make new contacts and catch up with old ones along with a buffet lunch. There will be a slight change in format from the previous year. Bring a deal will still be discussed and deals presented on the day that go on to sign up will be rewarded with a lunch at a top London restaurant. This year will also see a question and answer session with an expert panel discussing a range of relevant topics.
James added: “We wish to thank the NACFB once again for letting us use the stunning Hamilton Suite overlooking the Thames as the venue and if the feedback is anywhere near as good as it was last year then we would have done a tremendous job.”
