Following the launch of Alternative Bridging Corporation (Cheval) Limited last year, the Alternative Bridging group has recently announced the appointment of its Business Development Director, who is set to focus on regulated business.
Since the launch of its regulated arm last October, appetite for regulated property finance has expanded within the Alternative Bridging group. This surge has incurred the need for extra focus and drive on regulated business, which is what Tanya Elmaz’s expertise promises to provide.
Commenting on the new hire, Jonathan Rubins, Chief Executive Officer at Alternative Bridging, said: “This is a new role for our regulated business and Tanya will be an asset to our team, strengthening regulated lending and building stronger relationships and business through her experience and comprehensive background in the industry.
He added: “Ensuring our broker relations remain strong and productive, we intend to expand and excel in the regulated sector.”
Tanya Elmaz previously acted as the Commercial Relationship Manager at Bradford and Bingley, and has spent eight years within the commercial property sector in business development and relationship management roles. Her experience encounters liaising with both owner occupiers and buy to let borrowers.
Alongside the expansion of the regulated lending arm, Alternative Bridging is enlarging its processing team to enhance all service aspects of its growth in 2014, reflecting its position as a flexible lender in a strong market.
