p>Affirmative, a constant mainstay in the UK bridging and short term secured finance market for over a decade, has appointed Gareth Broome to its Sales Team.
Gareth, who similarly has over a decade of industry experience, has joined Affirmative from Freedom Finance, where he will work closely with Ian Harrison and Jade Esterkin in ensuring that Affirmative’s offerings are delivered to intermediaries across the UK.
Eugene Esterkin, Managing Director of Affirmative, said: “We have always recognised the need for intermediaries to discuss face-to-face their transactions with members of our Sales Team and therefore continually foster those relationships with intermediaries on a very personal basis. Gareth, with his energy, enthusiasm and knowledge, adds new depth and dimension to that focus.”

Affirmative is continuously developing its product range, from straightforward short term loans to refurbishment loans of single houses, to a development of multiple units.
Gareth’s previous experience includes the likes of Friends Life group, Hanbury Mortgages, Advantage and Nemo Personal Finance.
