p>Mayfair Bridging has begun lending to customers in Scotland after completing a £1.5m loan in Glasgow.
The Preston-based lender has been lending to customers in England and Wales for over eight years and has already established relationships with property investors and developers north of the border.
The first loan completed in Scotland involved lending £1.5m to a developer looking to refinance prime commercial property in the heart of Glasgow, and Mayfair has had plenty of new enquiries since.
Divisional Director Shoaib Bux has credited Mayfair Bridging’s expansion to “maintaining the same level of high standard service no matter where our customers are located”.
