From 1st July, all partner intermediaries of Liberis will automatically receive commission payments within 30 minutes of completing a deal.
Paul Mildenstein, Liberis CEO, said its instant commission would help with cash flow and reduce admin time.
“Brokers are an important part of the Liberis family and we want to make doing business with us as convenient as possible and support them where we can,” said Paul.
Liberis will also be introducing increased advance amounts by up to 200% for certain sectors such as restaurant and hotels.
The lender has also upgraded its broker app to include android as well as iOS enabling the instant registration of an interested client and allowing the broker to manage, price and add information to their deals on the go.
“With these market leading innovations, doing business with Liberis will involve no paperwork and significantly reduce time spent processing a deal,” added Paul.
“It’s a good move for brokers whom we know do a lot on the road and most don’t have admin support back in the office.
“With our 90% approval rate, it’s good for their customers too.”
