Mark Harrison moves from his position of Corporate Development Manager at sister company Just Cash Flow PLC, covering Merseyside, Chester and North Wales.
John Davies, Director of Just Bridging Loans Ltd, said Mark was well known in the intermediary community and had held senior positions for companies such as GE Money, Mortgages PLC and Bank of Scotland.
"This makes him ideally qualified to take on the national challenge of demonstrating how our primary solution, PortfolioBuilder, can provide property professionals with up to 100% funding,” said John.
Meanwhile, Mark added: "The challenge is to help brokers and financial intermediaries understand we aren't just lending on the value of property portfolios; our underwriting decisions are based on a property professional's business model.
“This can provide the key to unlocking valuable equity without disturbing existing mortgage arrangements or being hampered by restrictive LTVs.”
The announcement comes after sister company Just Cash Flow PLC revealed Stephen Kisby had been promoted to National Sales Manager.
