p>Regentsmead has launched a new innovation on its website which consists of an online live chat tool.
The specialist development lender claimed it will now be able to make a decision in seconds rather than minutes.
Chief Executive James Bloom said it was vital for Regentsmead to stay ahead of the curve in terms of products and innovation: “We now are having a substantial number of visitors to our website each week, so it’s essential we make sure all channels of communication are easily accessible for both our clients and broker partners.”
“Anyone who visits the website will be able get a decision on a project in seconds, rather than minutes.”
James added that he liked to look at what is available within the short term lending world to make sure Regentsmead is offering a quicker, more flexible and all-round market leading service.
“We feel that by having a live chat function anyone who visits the website is able to have instant support from one of our development finance experts,” added James.
“We recently conducted a survey amongst our introducer partners and regular website users to determine what innovative features they would like to see appear on Regentsmead.com, and as a result we have listened to this survey and acted accordingly.”
The live chat function has been open for about a week as part of a trial period.
“We have already assisted many of our introducer partners with various development finance related queries,” added James.
“Our aim is to offer a five star service, round the clock, and this is another step towards doing so.”
The new online live chat can be accessed through the Regentsmead website and will be available to all visitors.
