Mint Bridging has welcomed another new member to its team to accommodate an acceleration in the lender's business growth.

Wayne Lee joins the business development team from Abacus Commercial where he worked as a commercial mortgage broker.
Before that, he was employed at Alpha Mortgages where he managed brokering deals as well as organising bridging for bankruptcy clients.
Mint says Wayne’s underwriting knowledge and a keen eye for looking at loans from all angles means he will be able to assess bridging and rebridging opportunities quickly.
Paul Werthein, Operations Director at Mint, said: “We’ve seen a record few months and we want to maximize new opportunities, as a result.
“With Wayne on board, we can strengthen our development division and market to a wider net of potential clients.”
2015 has been a busy year for Mint.
Last week, John Buckley was named head of credit control, and the company has also seen a complete office upgrade and a revamp of its website.
