p>Brilliant Group has announced it will launch a new software business to offer white labelled property management software to intermediaries.
iZone Software, which already supplies the Family Building Society and National Counties Building Society, will also offer mortgage processing software and is now targeting new lenders.
The business will be headed by Mel Vosoughi who has worked in both the financial and software sectors at the highest level for over a decade, developing and running IT platforms for regulated financial networks.
“Our solutions are state of the art, modular and flexible,” said Head of iZone, Mel.
“Our approach is about empowering the lender to adapt with the market and thanks to our heritage as a business, we also look to provide software that is user and sales driven.
“So much focus has been placed on compliance that transacting business has become expensive and difficult.
“By building compliance in from the outset, not retrofitting, we have been able to focus on usability and flexibility.”
Managing Director of Brilliant Group, Matthew Arena, added that smaller lenders and new entrants who had difficulty getting a system delivered now had real alternatives to consider with iZone.
“Following the successful launch of the products and services with our current lender partners, we are in a fortunate position to already have an active system in the lending sector and are already in discussions with a number of lenders about various components of our software offering,” said Matthew.
