Century Capital is looking for a business development manager with experience in sales, real estate and the lending area with a strong background in finance along with an understanding of customers’ needs and requirements.
The successful applicant will be responsible for marketing Century Capital to mortgage brokers and property developers, proactively procuring leads, carrying out research and attending industry events.
They will also be the main point of contact for introducers and will be identifying any new business opportunities.
The new underwriter requires previous experience within the secured lending or residential mortgage market and be able to provide a high level of customer service at all stages of the application process.
They will be responsible for assessing all loan applications from introducers, brokers and direct clients in order to make informed underwriting decisions in line with Century Capital’s lending criteria.
