This is the highest possible rating from the European agency and has been awarded to the specialist lender for the third year running.
The rating is based on a number of factors, including corporate governance, internal controls, due diligence, data disaster mitigation and the financial health of the company.

An ARC Ratings spokesperson added: “This rating reflects LendInvest’s robust internal controls/systems, servicing experience in the real estate lending and collections industry, and recent financial performance.
“LendInvest has seen rapid growth since its creation in 2013 [and] shown strong financial investment over the past four years during which it has consistently turned over an annual profit amid significant investment in the business.”
ARC Ratings is a regulated European credit rating agency registered with the European Securities and Markets Authority.
LendInvest recently announced the launch of a three-year bridging product and the appointment of a new business development manager for its northern team.
