The world-famous sailing event was held two weeks ago on the Isle of Wight, where the peer-to-peer secured lending platform took part in a number of sailing events – including the Sunsail Match Fast 40 and Lendy Finance Challenge.
Lendy won the latter – a five-day race for financial institutions – which included teams from Deloitte and the Collinson Group.
The Lendy team won with 13 points, while Deloitte came second with 21 and Cazenove came third with 28.
Paul Riddell, head of marketing and communications at Lendy, said: “We never expected the Finance Challenge to be so popular, but we’ve had some great feedback from everyone that competed in the challenge.

“We were even able to invite some guests along with us to take part in some of the events, which meant we had a whole variety of sailing experience on board.
“It was great to see how everyone bonded and helped each other while on the yacht.”
Paul told Bridging & Commercial that the peer-to-peer lender had amassed over 6,000 entries into its various competitions.
Paul added: "This island’s hospitality is unrivalled, so we were particularly delighted with our sponsorship of the fireworks display on Friday evening.
“As visitors to Cowes Week over the years, we know this is always an exciting culmination to the event and we hope it went some way towards thanking islanders for having us.
“And for an ambitious, forward-thinking company that was only established in 2012, our dream is to leave a lasting legacy during our three-year title sponsorship."
