Alan Rawlins (pictured above) has joined the broker with immediate effect and will look to deliver the company’s ambitious growth targets as it handles more customers than ever after doubling its turnover this year.
Alan’s new role will include improving the customer’s journey and experience, developing client functions and helping the broker to become a national consumer brand.
Before joining the Mortgage Hut, Alan worked for HSBC for over eight years, where he was responsible for setting up and managing the outbound calls centres.
He has also previously served at Princess Cruises, where he was responsible for the outbound agency and helped to grow revenue to £40m per annum.
