Sue Hunter joined as a non-executive director on Wednesday (1st November), while Justin Fitzpatrick, co-founder and COO of Duedil, will step down from his role as a non-executive director on 30th November.
Sue has over two decades of experience in private equity investment and is the chair of the investment committee of Frog Capital, a growth capital investor operating in Europe.
She is also chairman of Tracesa – a technology development company – and a trustee of the Scotts Project Trust, a Kent charity for adults with learning difficulties.

Chief financial officer and executive director Abdul Haseeb Basit will also step down on 30th November.
Janine Hirt, formerly ecosystem director, joined the Innovate Finance board as chief operating officer and executive director on Wednesday (1st November).
