Watts’ clients will now have access to Amicus’ range of products, which includes commercial mortgages across a range of SME sectors, property types and borrower risks.
Amicus Commercial Mortgages has delivered over 200 transactions ranging from £65,000 to £2.4m since its launch in February.
It claims to have adopted a new way of working with master brokers, who will help to manage and process new applications on its behalf.
