Luke will work remotely in the East Midlands region alongside brokers and introducers to provide businesses with capital for a variety of needs.
He joins from RBS, where he served as a senior relationship manager for the Midlands in the commercial banking team.
Assetz Capital has appointed 32 new employees nationwide this year, bringing the total headcount to 95.
