Speaking to Bridging & Commercial, Narinder Khattoare, CEO at Kuflink (pictured above), expects the app to be available by the end of summer.
He claimed that it would make it easy for investors to move money into their Kuflink wallets.
“In this day and age, everything is done on a mobile phone, so it's something that we are working on.”
This means that Kuflink will be able to send out information directly through the app, rather than by email.

“It's easily accessible as well and it's just a better overall proposition.”
The app will target Kuflink’s core investor demographic of people around 50 years old.
“I think a longer-term project is to get the millennials and the younger generation onboard, but that's more of an educational process.”
The app won’t feature Open Banking functionality at its launch, however, this may be something that the lender will look at in the future.
Narinder added that there weren’t many P2P property lenders who offered this proposition.
“…We like to do things a little bit different and think outside the box [when bringing] products into market.”
