Arnold & Baldwin launches CPD seminar series for brokers




Chartered surveyor Arnold & Baldwin has launched a series of CPD seminars to help brokers improve their understanding of the surveying process.

The seminars will be provided free of charge to educate brokers about various types of surveys as well as how to interpret them.

Arnold & Baldwin will also educate brokers on local properties and their most common defects, how to properly prep clients, and how a well-managed survey can lead to a successful deal.


“Mortgage brokers are working in a competitive and slow-moving market and so it is important they can demonstrate the value they add against traditional competitors and online services,” said Joe Arnold, managing director at Arnold & Baldwin (pictured above).

“By increasing their knowledge and confidence, brokers can build trust through credibility and develop stronger relationships with their clients.”
