The UK-listed investment trust partnered with Castlehaven in 2016 and acquired a 25% equity stake alongside other loan and debt interests.
Since P2P Global Investments teamed up with Castlehaven, it has provided funding to it in excess of €385m (approximately £347.9m).
Pollen Street Capital is P2P Global Investments’ investment manager and, together, the companies have a pipeline of opportunities to redeploy the net proceeds following completion of the deal.

This will fall in line with is strategy of partnering with high-quality specialist lenders to deliver attractive returns.
