The pair will take up their new roles with immediate effect and report to Alan Cleary, group managing director for mortgages at OSB.
Adrian is taking on the role of group sales director and will be responsible for the field- and telephony-based sales team across all group lending brands, while Roger will assume the position of group distribution director in charge of all key and national accounts for the group.
