He joins from Precise Mortgages, where he was a BDM for almost four years.
Before Precise, Rory was a mortgage adviser at Barclays and HSBC.
In his new role, Rory will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with brokers.

The new appointment marks the next step in the lender’s market expansion strategy, following the appointment of Chris Parr as BDM for Midlands and the North earlier this month.
