He will take responsibility for its regional operations across Yorkshire and the North East.
Eamonn will be based in the firm’s Leeds and Sheffield office and will manage the hundreds of properties and plots of land that are put up for sale at its regular Yorkshire and North East auctions.
He joins from SMC Chartered Surveyors in Sheffield, where he was a general practice surveyor.
“Auctions have been the most reliable way to buy and sell properties during lockdown and, with Pugh fast becoming the go-to auctioneer in Yorkshire and the North East, this is a really exciting time to be joining the business,” commented Eamonn.

“I’ll be kicking off my new role by taking instructions for our July auction, which is already looking very busy indeed.”
The auction house switched its monthly auction room sales in Manchester and Leeds to online after the onset of social distancing regulations in March.
It recently announced revenues of £6.5m across 70 lots since the switch to online auctions in April.

The firm’s next online auction, featuring properties and land across the UK, will take place on 14th July.
