First 4 Bridging rebrands to Envelop

First 4 Bridging (F4B) and the F4B Network have today (20th September) rebranded to Envelop and Envelop Network, respectively.

The new branding reflects the firms’ growing level of enquiries involving complex residential transactions, BTL, second-charge, commercial term loans and development finance.

The packager has operated in the specialist lending market for over 20 years and has grown substantially.

Over the past 18 months, the number of appointed representative (ARs) affiliated with the mortgage and protection network has grown steadily — particularly in the summer, when the business saw a surge of registrations — culminating in F4B Network signing its 100th AR in August

The rebrand launch event

Myles Williams, CEO at Envelop, said: “We are extremely proud of the work that went into building the F4B brand and the reputation we have established over the past 20 years.

“However, the brand ended up feeling a little restrictive as we have ambitious growth plans in place for both our packager business and for our network, which is going from strength to strength.

“We will certainly not be turning our back on bridging finance, as this is what we are best known for, but growing demand from our introducers and intermediary partners dictates that we need to have a strong presence in all areas of the specialist markets to deliver the type of solutions which can make a real difference to their clients and their business.

“This rebrand marks an exciting transition and we look forward to using our experience, expertise and strength of relationships to establish Envelop as a trusted specialist packaging and network partner for an even wider intermediary audience.”
