Krystal — who has over 17 years of experience in the financial services sector — has served on Pure Property Finance’s board of directors since joining the business in 2017, and was most recently the firm’s operations director.
Meanwhile Tom, who has been part of the company for six years, has been promoted from his previous role of head of property finance.
As the newly appointed sales director, Tom’s focus will be on new business and strategic partnerships, as well as leading the firm’s team of advisers.
Commenting on her new role, Krystal said: “I am very fortunate to be taking the lead at Pure Property Finance during such an exciting time.

Tom added: “It’s an exciting period in Pure Property Finance’s journey; we have an excellent foundation, and I’m looking forward to working closely with Krystal as we focus on growth over the next 12 months.”
In addition to the promotions, Pure Property Finance has also acquired a number of new advisers and managers, and moved into a large purpose-built office which has the size and facilities to accommodate further expansion.
