Sinead joins from Acre Lane Capital, where she was a sales director.
Before that, she spent time as head of sales at Mint Property Finance.

In her new role, Sinead will work with developers and brokers to deliver development finance, commercial mortgage, and bridging solutions to Assetz clients.
Based in Cheshire, she will work alongside regional director Andrew Fraser as part of Assetz's UK North team.
On Sinead's appointment, Andrew said: "Sinead’s specialist development focused lending experience made her a standout candidate for the role.
"Her national networks and exemplary relationship management skills will be a huge asset to the business and will help grow our developer client base."
In a LinkedIn post, Sinead wrote that she was delighted to join the team at Assetz Capital.
“It’s a strange time in the world of lending at the minute, so relationships and partnerships are key in delivering for clients — I’m looking forward to catching up with everyone soon.”
