Leanne has been part of the LendInvest team for over a decade, during which she helped drive and shape the company’s short-term lending proposition.
In her new role, she will be responsible for growing the firm’s bridging product range, as well as driving strategy and product innovation.

Sophie Mitchell-Charman, commercial director at LendInvest
Sophie, who was previously sales director at LendInvest, has over 18 years of experience in the finance industry.
As commercial director, she will work closely with the credit, product and funding teams to devise and deliver LendInvest’s commercial strategy to oversee and develop the lending side of the business.

She will also focus on evolving the firm’s distribution and achieving the product growth plans, as well as preparing for the imminent launch of residential mortgages.
