Albatross Capital sets sights on £100m of lending in 2023

Albatross Capital is expecting to lend £100m-plus in 2023, B&C has learned.

The news comes amid talks of new funding being secured by the bridging lender as it gears up to make a big announcement to the market at the end of November.

It also caps off a momentous year for Albatross, which launched two new products in October and doubled its funding line with Shawbrook in April.

Jordan Fearnley Brown, co-founder and principal of Albatross (pictured above, right) remarked: “After firmly exceeding our 2022 lending targets, while also establishing ourselves as a reliable force within the lending market, 2023 looks to take Albatross to new levels.

“With new and improved funding on the horizon, we’re very excited and looking forward to making a big announcement to the market at the end of the month, which will help us to achieve the lending target of £100m-plus during 2023.

“It’s our relentless service and reliability that ultimately keeps us on the tip of the broker market’s tongue.”
