In his new role, Paul will work to grow the lender’s reach in the North as the head of its regional corporate sales team.
Paul first joined Alternative Bridging Corporation last year as a BDM from Glenhawk.
Before that, he spent more than 16 years across several roles in the residential and commercial property finance space, including stints at the Bank of Ireland, Amicus Property Finance, and Oblix Capital.
On his appointment, Paul said: “I have now been part of the Alternative Bridging team for just over a year and have been impressed by the dynamic approach to property lending and unrivalled client focus.
